Brooklyn Crush: Wine & Artisanal Food Festival
Listen up foodies and wine enthusiasts Brooklyn! On May 12th Brooklyn Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival is back for its Spring Edition, presented by New York Wine Events. Industry City, building 2, will be transformed into an East Coast version of Napa Valley with rows of wine presented by global wine makers. Along with wine, attendants will get to try out a wide range of cheese plates, artisanal foods, and dishes from Brooklyn’s top chefs.
General Admission tickets range from $54-$69 depending on the time of day and number of people in your group. There is a 15% discount for groups of ten plus people so grab your friends, family, partner, neighbors from Hub, or 9 random strangers and bring them along to the festival.
Your general admission ticket allows you to try everything. That means all you can sample wine and cheese mixed in with dishes from Brooklyn’s top restaurant chefs. We won’t speak for you, but that sounds like the dream! The wine selections feature an eclectic mix of bold reds, crisp whites, and some sparkling additions. The grapes used come from all around the world, including France, Italy, Chile, Brazil, and Bulgaria. In terms of tasty bites, you’ll get charcuterie, sausages, local cheeses, flavorful ethnic food, vegan delights, and delicious sweets. Find something you don’t want to leave without? Plenty of the wine & food samplings will be on sale- stock up so you can host your own wine & cheese night at Hub!
As you can tell, the festival has more than enough excitement in the food department to interest a non-wine drinker. Since we strongly advise festival goers to be responsible, it shouldn’t be too hard to convince a designated driver to help you get to and from safely! With a little responsibility, the day is bound to be one of the most fun, laughter-filled, and belly satisfying days you’ll have all year!
