Dyker Heights Christmas Lights

Where: Graveshead Bay from 7th-14th Aves. and from the Belt Parkway to 65th Street

When:  Starting Friday, 11/29 until early 2025

Experience the dazzling Dyker Heights Christmas Lights, a Brooklyn holiday spectacle, from mid-December through New Year’s Eve. Wander 11th to 13th Avenues from 83rd to 86th St to witness breathtaking displays, best viewed between dusk and 9pm. Reach the lights via a 15-minute walk from the 79th St subway station. Dumbo Holiday Tree Lighting

Where: DUMBO Archway, 155 Water St, Brooklyn, NY

When:  Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024 from 4 – 7 p.m.

Join the DUMBO Improvement District for the 18th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting is expected on Dec. 5, 2024, at Pearl Street Triangle. From 4 to 7 p.m., experience the festive spirit with the community. Don’t miss dropping your wishlist in Santa’s mailbox at the Dumbo Archway, starting November 23, for a chance to win $100 in Dumbo Dollars to spend locally—an early holiday treat! Light Up Brooklyn Commons

Where: Brooklyn Commons – 100 Myrtle Avenue, Brooklyn

When:  Wednesday, Nov. 27, 5 – 8 p.m.

Light Up Brooklyn Commons invites you to a festive evening filled with holiday magic. On Wednesday, Nov. 27, witness live ice carving by the renowned Okamoto Studio from 5 pm to 6:30 pm, and admire their exquisite ice sculptures until 8 pm. Join Santa for the tree lighting at 6:30 pm and enjoy complimentary sweet treats and hot beverages. This enchanting, free event is a delightful way to welcome the holiday season.
