If you’re looking for something completely different, make your reservation at Hart’s this Valentine’s Day for their annual “Love Stinks” menu. Last year, Hart’s served up a smelly menu of stinky cheese fondue, fried herring, beef tongue with puntarelle and anchovy, along with cranberry semifreddo.
