Summer Fridays at Brooklyn Bridge Park – Aug. 5

This August. 5, 5-8 p.m., visit Greenway Terrace meditations, performances and other “expansive experiences” based on a central theme of “Release, Restore, Rejoice.” Grab a drink, and hang with friends and family surrounded by a beautiful skyline.

Brooklyn Rum Festival – Aug. 13

This Saturday, August 13, grab tickets to enjoy complimentary cocktails and over 50 premium rums from distilleries all over the world when The Brooklyn Monarch opens its doors from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the Brooklyn Rum Festival. Summer of Soul Dance Parties – Aug. 26

On the last Friday of August, visit 300 Ashland Place at the corner of Lafayette Ave. and Flatbush Ave. from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for this month’s Summer of Soul Dance Party with performances by Soul in the Horn with DJ Natasha Diggs.

About the Artist

Known as one of the most versatile and well-respected DJs in the world, Natasha Digg’s deep knowledge of music has enabled her to play for diverse crowds across continents. What started out as a deep love for music and collecting records evolved into a life purpose of sharing vibrations, uplifting her community & liberating dance floors around the globe.
